Abstract

Ruang Pulih 2026 is examined in this conceptual article as an educational program for university students that integrates a seminar, creative expression, self-care, entrepreneurship, and social engagement. The discussion responds to the limited availability of safe and supportive spaces in which students can understand their emotional conditions, express themselves, and engage in meaningful learning experiences. A descriptive-conceptual approach and document analysis are used to review the program context, objectives, activity design, participant engagement, and proposed evaluation framework. The theme “Empowered Adulthood: An Educational Space to Embrace the Inner Child and Break the Chain of Trauma” is positioned as an educational communication framework rather than a clinical diagnostic or therapeutic service. The analysis indicates that the program’s main strengths lie in its varied formats, multiple avenues for participation, and integration of education, creativity, self-care, entrepreneurship, and social awareness. Ethical and measurable implementation, however, requires clear communication boundaries, competent speakers, referral mechanisms, success indicators, and participant feedback. The proposed implementation and evaluation framework may therefore support the development of a safer, more inclusive, and contextually relevant campus program.
